Role Description The Agency Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, Jordan. This role focuses on driving sales of MetLife Jordan’s insurance products through agency channels, supporting agents in achieving their sales targets, and expanding the customer base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, presenting product information to potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with agents and clients. The Agency Sales Specialist will provide training and coaching to agency team members, assist in developing sales plans, and monitor performance against objectives. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, ensuring a high standard of service, and collaborating with internal departments to support business growth.
