We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Specialist who is passionate about sales, communication, and developing long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities with dental clinics and dentists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote the company's products and services through virtual meetings and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate offers, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
· Conduct client visits, attend meetings, exhibitions, or industry events whenever required to support business development and strengthen customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
