We’re Hiring | Sales Specialist – Remote
GPS International Dental Company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our network of dental professionals, generate new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities with dental clinics and dentists.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and promote the company’s products and services through virtual meetings and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate offers, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Conduct client visits and attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required to support business development.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management; B2B experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel for occasional client visits and business events.
Work Arrangement
Remote position with occasional travel for client visits, meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
