Jordan or the Gulf. Full time. Equity plus a retainer.
An early stage AI vision company in Jordan is looking for a co-founder to own its sales and marketing. The product uses the cameras a facility already owns to spot safety and operational problems on a factory floor the moment they happen, in Arabic and English. It is built, and the first sites go live this quarter. You would own the commercial side entirely: pipeline, customers, pricing, marketing and partners. There is no commercial team to inherit and no playbook to follow. You would build both.
Tasks
- Revenue. First paid site, then the next ten.The pipeline, end to end.
- Origination, the site walkthrough, the offer, and the two stages where deals actually die, legal review and IT security review.
- Pricing. Three models are currently in circulation and one of your first decisions is which one is real.
- Marketing. Positioning, Arabic and English collateral, and the case studies that do not exist yet because there is nothing to write one about.
- Partnerships with the camera installers and system integrators who already touch every target facility and have no software story of their own.
- Which markets open next, and in what order.
Requirements
- You have personally closed deals with manufacturing, industrial or logistics companies in Jordan, Saudi Arabia or the UAE.
- You have a network of plant managers, operations directors and safety leaders who would take your call this week.
- You have taken a deal through a long procurement cycle and a serious IT review, and you know why you won it.
- Arabic as a first language, working English.
- You are comfortable selling technology and willing to learn how it works.
Benefits
This is an early company. The cash is below what you earn today and stays that way until we raise. What is on the table is a monthly retainer from day one, commission weighted toward the first deals you close, and real co-founder equity with vesting. Full salary once the round closes. All of it is discussed openly in the first conversation, not at the end of a long process.
If trading short term cash for ownership is not for you, that is a fair answer and nobody's time is wasted.
