Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman, Jordan, for a Digital Marketing Officer. The role includes managing and executing digital marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing marketing campaigns, overseeing social media platforms, and collaborating with the sales team to drive brand growth. The Digital Marketing Officer will also be responsible for analyzing marketing data and generating reports to improve performance and enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Market Research and analyzing consumer behavior.
- Strong Marketing and Sales skills to strategize and promote digital campaigns effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and managing campaigns across platforms.
- Knowledge of tools and software relevant for digital marketing analytics and campaign management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with both online and offline marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business-oriented marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
