Role Description
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator for a full-time, on-site role in Amman. The Content Creator will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, creating engaging and visually appealing content, scheduling posts, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance. The position also involves staying up-to-date with industry trends, ensuring brand consistency across platforms, and fostering audience engagement through thoughtful and innovative storytelling.
Qualifications
- Content creation and strategy skills: Experience with creating and implementing social media content strategies and producing engaging content that aligns with brand goals.
- Loves being on Camera & has basic Social Media Appearance Skills.
- Social media management skills: Proficiency in managing social media platforms, scheduling posts, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design and multimedia skills: Familiarity with photo editing, graphic design, and video creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Analytical and research skills: Ability to track and analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize content reach and engagement.
- Communication and storytelling skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft captivating stories and connect with diverse audiences.
- Organizational and teamwork skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with a dynamic and creative team.
- Relevant qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Bonus qualifications: Familiarity with the catering or entertainment industry and fluency in Arabic and English.
