Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Marketer role based in Amman. The Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing performance data to optimize strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities may include content creation, managing digital marketing initiatives, maintaining the company’s online presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in digital marketing)
- Proficiency with Market Research and Data Analysis
- Content Creation and Copywriting skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of Brand Development and Campaign Design
- Experience with paid ads (Meta Ads & Google Ads)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an on-site team setting in Amman
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, or similar platforms
- Previous experience in a creative or agency environment is a plus
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights (KPIs, ROI, performance tracking)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in content planning and strategy
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
