Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Amman for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer service, providing client training, managing sales processes, and proactively contributing to achieving sales targets and objectives. Additionally, the role requires continuous collaboration with internal teams to ensure the delivery of effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and address their needs effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with delivering Training to clients to ensure product understanding and adoption
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, contributing to long-term client satisfaction and loyalty
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in cloud technology or IT sales is an advantage
