About the Role:
We are looking for a professional, experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for handling flights, hotels, holidays, and corporate travel arrangements, delivering first-class service to both VIP and business clients.
What You’ll Do:
Manage reservations and bookings through GDS (Amadeus/Galileo)
Craft tailor-made travel solutions for leisure and corporate clients
Provide professional support with changes, upgrades, and special requests
Ensure accuracy in all travel documents and follow company SOPs
Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
Strong knowledge of at least one GDS system (Amadeus or Galileo)
Fluent Arabic and English
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent cases
