We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Ticketing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while selling tickets and promoting our services. You will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every customer through effective communication, problem-solving, and upselling when appropriate.
Role Description
• Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a smooth and pleasant client experience.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel packages, including changes and cancellations.
• Issue tickets and manage bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
• Promote and upsell company services such as travel insurance, packages, and special deals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa policies, travel regulations, and destination requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Ensure all transactions follow company policies, travel regulations, and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal departments to coordinate visa processing, bookings, and customer follow-up.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, travel sales, visa processing, or ticketing is highly preferred.
• Experience with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with visa application procedures for Schengen, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and other key destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing documents and booking information.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage unexpected travel or visa issues calmly and effectively.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
