Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We’re seeking someone who’s passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline. Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Use multi-channel approach to recruit. Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Create and/or execute a stakeholder engagement strategy which involves building and strengthening relationships and strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders as well as building external support for the organization.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
- Prepare a report on a Recruitment/ hiring report on weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
Education/Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Recruitment experience ideally in an Engineering/Consulting firm preferred working in fast-paced environment is a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
