Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Amman, Jordan. As a People and Culture Officer, you will oversee the development and implementation of human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company's vision. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, fostering employee engagement, implementing policies and workplace best practices, and supporting organizational development. The role requires active collaboration with various teams to nurture a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

- Expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
- Proficiency in policy implementation, employee relations, and workplace best practices
- Experience in organizational development and culture-building initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in HR tools and software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or people and culture roles is an advantage
