We are looking for a proactive and motivated Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base.
The main responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, initiate contact with companies, and schedule meetings for our recruitment team.
This role plays a key part in the company’s growth by creating new business opportunities.
Lead Generation
- Research and identify companies that are hiring, in different sectors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Identify decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, CTOs, and founders.
Outreach & Client Engagement
- Reach out to potential clients through:
- Cold emails
- Phone calls
- Networking events
- Introduce our recruitment services and create interest in our offerings.
Meeting Scheduling
- Book meetings between potential clients and the recruitment team.
- Ensure meetings are well-qualified and relevant.
Database Management
- Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects.
- Track communication history and follow up with potential clients.
Market Research
- Monitor hiring trends and identify companies actively hiring tech talent.
- Support the recruitment team by sharing insights about hiring demand in the market.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
The performance of this role will be measured by:
- Number of companies researched weekly
- Number of outreach messages and calls made
- Positive responses from potential clients
- Qualified meetings booked
- New job orders generated from these meetings
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in contacting new companies and initiating conversations.
- Organized and able to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn for outreach is a plus.
