About the Role:
Nextwo is a leading software solutions and offshore company providing top-tier technical talent to clients across the GCC. We are looking for a highly positive, strategic, and tech-forward Senior HR Business Partner. In this role, you will manage relationships directly with our GCC clients, lead IT talent acquisition for their offshore teams, and take ownership of developing our ATS and AI-driven recruitment systems to ensure we operate at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship & Business Growth: Act as the primary, positive point of contact for our GCC clients. Build strong partnerships, deeply understand their technical needs, and proactively identify and open new opportunities to provide them with additional offshore talent.
• IT Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end technical recruitment to build dedicated offshore teams for our clients, specializing in complex software and IT roles.
• ATS & Systems Development: Go beyond just using recruitment systems; take an active role in developing, optimizing, and automating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and AI recruitment tech stack to improve hiring speed and quality.
• Strategic Partner: Align Nextwo’s talent delivery directly with client expectations, ensuring high satisfaction, seamless onboarding, and successful project resourcing.
• Advanced Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern platforms daily to actively hunt, map, and engage high-quality technical professionals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Experience: 5–7 years of strategic HR and talent acquisition experience specifically within the IT, software solutions, offshore, or outsourcing industries.
• Tech Recruitment: Proven track record of recruiting complex IT and software engineering roles for external clients.
• Communication & Growth Mindset: Exceptional, positive communication skills. Must have the business acumen to confidently consult with GCC clients and the drive to spot and develop new business opportunities.
• Systems & AI Mindset: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms and AI recruitment tools, coupled with the technical mindset and ability to develop, configure, and continuously improve these systems.
• Platform Skills: Advanced, practical proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter.
