Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SharePoint Intranet & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage and optimize our internal collaboration environment. You’ll support multiple teams by ensuring our SharePoint intranet, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 tools are structured, secure, and running efficiently.
Working behind the scenes, you will maintain a well-organized digital workspace, streamline information sharing, and ensure that our SharePoint environment remains intuitive, secure, and aligned with organizational needs — without constant supervision.
This role requires someone who is technically sharp, highly organized, and comfortable managing permissions, workflows, and system administration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
What This Role Is NOT
- A junior, reactive IT support position.
- A passive content-upload or data-entry role.
- A role requiring constant supervision.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
- 3–5+ years hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Proven ownership of internal systems, intranets, or knowledge platforms.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint structure, permissions, governance, and M365 services.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience building Power Automate workflows and SharePoint Hub Sites.
- Background in knowledge management or internal documentation ownership.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based or regulated organizations.
