Secretary – Maintenance Department
A leading and well-established company in the engineering and commercial sector is seeking to hire a Secretary for the Maintenance Department to handle administrative coordination and support the organization of the department’s operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule and organize maintenance appointments and coordinate between the technical team and clients.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Prepare departmental correspondence and administrative reports.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and update records and files.
- Perform data entry and manage both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on work orders and technicians’ reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative or secretarial work (preferably in maintenance or technical services).
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to deal with customers professionally.
- Good command of English.
