Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Supervisor & Influencer Manager to lead marketing campaigns, digital advertising, and influencer collaborations for a leading motorcycle dealership.
This role requires a highly creative and results-driven professional who can build strong brand awareness, manage rider communities, and generate qualified leads through digital marketing and influencer partnerships.
The ideal candidate understands both marketing performance and motorcycle lifestyle culture.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Plan product launches, promotional offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget and optimize campaign performance.
- Coordinate marketing activities with the sales department.
Digital Marketing
- Manage paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign analytics and optimize for lead generation.
- Manage website and landing page marketing funnels.
Influencer & Community Management
- Identify and collaborate with motorcycle influencers and content creators.
- Build partnerships with rider communities and motorcycle clubs.
- Manage influencer campaigns, contracts, and performance tracking.
- Organize influencer ride events and promotional collaborations.
Content & Social Media
- Develop content strategies for social media platforms.
- Oversee production of reels, videos, and lifestyle motorcycle content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Event Marketing
- Organize motorcycle launches, test ride events, and rider meetups.
- Coordinate event marketing campaigns and media coverage.
Lead Generation
- Design campaigns to generate qualified sales leads.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor lead sources and optimize marketing ROI.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Cost per lead from marketing campaigns

- Influencer campaign reach and performance
- Showroom traffic generated from marketing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing social media and digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Strong analytical and campaign management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Content creation or video production understanding.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
