Customer Success Officer
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about supporting customers and ensuring a great user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support schools and teachers in using the platform effectively
- Respond to customer questions and provide guidance when needed
- Follow up with customers to ensure successful platform usage
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Monitor customer feedback and report improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Education, or any related field
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
