The Customer Onboarding Consultant is in charge of carrying the implementation process for new SMEs and Enterprises acquired within the MENA region. The Customer Onboarding Consultant is also in charge of training the customer stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and successful adoption of the system, and a successful implementation in alignment with the customer goals.

The Job - Customer Onboarding Consultant
- Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders from SME and enterprise customers.
- Data collection from the customer according to project requirements.
- Transferring customer data to their ZenHR accounts.
- Preparation of data templates within the required quality guidelines.
- Learning labor law across the MENA region.
- Implementing labor law as well as SME internal policies into the system.
- Advanced data clustering and filtration using the required tools.
- Training the customer on how to use ZenHR.
- Running payroll across the MENA region in accordance with local tax and social security laws.
- Integrating attendance machines with ZenHR.
- Integrating financial systems with ZenHR.
- Building relationships with the customer to ensure a smooth and successful customer journey after closure of the implementation project.
- Regular updates of project status across the Customer Onboarding platforms.
- Working closely with the project management team to align on the weekly status update, project timeline, project deliverables, and project task list prior to sharing with the customer.
- Providing the necessary handover documents to the Technical Account Managers, the Customer Experience Team, and the Customer Success Team.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Information technology, Human Resources or any related field.
- Professional business diploma in one of these fields: HR, Business Administration, Project Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in Saas companies or startups is a plus.
- 2-4 Years’ experience in one of the following domains: Project management, HRM or ERP implementations or HR. Previous experience in a tech company or a start-up is a plus.
- Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
