Job Purpose:
Follow up, control, and monitor the employee’s Time and Attendance daily and provide support with employees’ inquiries regarding time and attendance. Monitor employee database on both time and attendance and HR system to ensure the accuracy of data.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administer employees’ work attendance and monitor their compliance with working hours.
- Monitor employee database on both the time and attendance system and HR system to ensure the accuracy of the data.
- Prepare and provide the annual leave tracking sheet to follow up on the leaves burn rate as per business needs on daily basis.
- Follow up the sick leave to check the tactical sickness and consume sick leaves on weekly basis.
- Control overtime by monitoring employee transactions periodically.
- Follow up with T&A Manager on non-complying employees with Time and Attendance Policy.
- Follow up with T&A Manager on non-complying employees with the Sick Leave Policy.
- Provide a recommended list of employees who are not complying with Time and Attendance.
- Provide support and consultation for employees regarding T&A Policy.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or any related field.
- 1 year of experience in the HR field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in working with an HRIS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.…)
- Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Very good command in the English language.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality due to the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
