Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, and interviews
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support employee relations and address workplace concerns
• Assist in performance management and HR initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
