Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Yaqeen located in Amman. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including employment process, HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR/recruitment, with a focus on hiring sales professionals.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring high-performing staff
- Ability to create incentive, rewards, and employee recognition & rewards programs.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, payroll & social security.
- Strong personnel management skills
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage employment contracts & records
- Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Liaise with Social Security Corporation (SSC)
- Handle resignations, terminations, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Jordan Labor Law
- Support management with HR reports
Salary Expectations
- Base salary 400-500 JD
