Masar is supporting one of its clients in hiring a Marketing Lead / Marketing Manager to head marketing operations and brand execution. The role is responsible for managing the internal team and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns, content, and product launches on time, with clear governance and performance reporting to management
Head of Marketing
Key Responsibilities (Brief):
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
- Create strong campaign concepts and turn ideas into clear execution briefs.
- Oversee content and brand alignment with the internal brand team.
- Manage agencies and vendors under clear SLAs and monthly performance evaluations.
- Lead packaging and product launch processes from brief to final approval.
- Track performance and submit concise weekly reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, F&B, restaurants, or similar sectors.
- Proven experience managing teams and external agencies.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and quality control skills.
- Excellent Arabic language proficiency (writing, copy development, and proofreading) is required.
