About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Sales Representative to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving performance targets.
This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales activities (calls, visits, meetings).
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records and call logs in CRM systems.
- Update databases with contact details and call outcomes.
- Ensure proper pipeline tracking and timely follow-ups.
Target & Performance Achievement
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Participate in promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
- Follow company sales processes and scripts.
- Maintain quality standards on every call.
- Submit required activity and performance reports.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Required Qualifications
- 0–3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven and resilient mindset
- Fluent in Arabic with good English skills
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Familiarity with telephony systems
- Basic MS Office skills
- Knowledge of sales/marketing automation tools
