We are currently looking to hire Sales Representative
to join our International Program Team to carry the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound queries from prospective clients and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
- Participate actively in promotional campaigns and sales events to support business growth.
- Escalate customer complaints or complex queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor for resolution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs effectively
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients.
- Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Perform any additional relevant tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, social media, Multi Media or any related field is mandatory.
- High school in IGCSE, AP, ACT, or IB is mandatory.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or B2C sales is highly preferred.
4.0-3 years of proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance KPIs.
- Passionate, goal-oriented, and confident in telephone-based selling.
