Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
Mawasem is a leading franchise operator in Jordan, managing a diverse portfolio of international brands across F&B;, Fashion, Health & Beauty, and Home Furnishings. We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and support our brands’ digital presence, primarily across Instagram, Facebook, and brand websites. The role focuses on content execution, performance marketing support, and close coordination with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Performance Support:
- Execute and support paid digital campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Support carousel ads, Google Display Network (GDN), retargeting, and conversion campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and report insights and recommendations
- Support budget tracking and optimization efforts
Social Media & Website Execution:
- Execute posting schedules for Instagram and Facebook platforms
- Support community management and audience engagement
- Coordinate updates for brand websites, landing pages, and promotions
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual standards
Content Management & Coordination:
- Coordinate and execute bilingual (Arabic & English) content calendars
- Ensure content calendars are prepared, approved, and published on time
- Work closely with designers to prepare visuals and digital assets
- Maintain consistency in messaging quality and tone across all platforms
- Manage posting and interaction according to the communications strategy
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Coordinate daily with designers and marketing team members
- Prepare regular performance reports and summaries
- Support digital campaign rollouts and brand initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or F&B;
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads - Good understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Arabic
