Camelera is seeking a dedicated, high-energy Sales & Distribution Representative to join our team in Amman. This role is not merely about delivery; it is about being the face of a premium, health-focused brand. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing relationships with retailers, and ensuring our products are showcased with the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Active Sales & Market Expansion: Identify and secure new points of sale (cafes, health shops, supermarkets) and manage existing accounts.
- Product Distribution: Ensure timely and professional delivery of camel milk products using company vehicles.
- Merchandising: Optimize product placement and visibility at the shelf level to maximize consumer reach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term trust with clients through consistent service and professional communication.
Requirements & Qualifications- Driving Skills: Must possess a valid Jordanian driving license with proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability to use persuasive sales techniques and handle objections effectively.
- Personal Values: High integrity, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
- Health & Image: As we represent a premium health product, non-smokers are strongly preferred to maintain a professional brand image during client interactions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle the physical requirements of loading and unloading dairy crates.
