Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative, confident, and highly organized content creator who will also play a key role in shaping our customer experience journey inside the showroom.
This role combines storytelling, on-camera presence, marketing research, and direct client interaction to ensure a powerful and consistent brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Creative Direction
* Develop complete scripts (A–Z) for lifestyle, promotional, daily, and campaign-based videos.
* Define tone, narrative direction, and musical style for each production.
* Create campaign slogans and website messaging.
* Supervise filming sessions on-site (lighting, composition, creative accuracy).
* Guide videographers to ensure every shot reflects the intended message.
* Record professional Arabic and English voice-overs.
* Continuously generate new content ideas aligned with brand positioning.
Marketing Research & Insights
* Prepare competitor analysis and differentiation reports upon content.
* Develop idea banks for campaigns and montage references.
* Analyze client behavior and showroom performance.
* Provide improvement recommendations to strengthen market presence.
Podcast Production & Presentation
* Lead the production of “Taj Circle” podcast episodes.
* Research guests and prepare episode structures and interview questions.
* Act as on-camera presenter.
* Ensure final content aligns with brand standards.
Customer Care & Showroom Experience
* Welcome clients and manage their full journey inside the showroom.
* Present projects and floor plans confidently and professionally.
* Answer client inquiries and support the sales team when needed.
* Deliver project presentations in English for international visitors.
* Maintain showroom organization and readiness at all times.
* Extend working hours when necessary to accommodate appointments.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, media production, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
- On-camera confidence and professional presence.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- close attention to detail and creative vision.
- Background in real estate or luxury branding is a plus.
