Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative on behalf of one of our clients, a Dubai-based management consultancy firm. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating client relationships, and supporting business development activities for consulting services.
This role focuses on identifying potential corporate clients and creating sales opportunities in regional and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential corporate and business clients.
• Generate leads through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs and decision-making authority.
• Present consultancy services to prospective clients.
• Schedule meetings and demonstrations for senior consultants.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management systems.
• Follow up on inquiries and warm leads.
• Support proposal preparation and sales presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Management
• Or a related field
Experience
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in:
• Business-to-business sales
• Business development
• Consulting sales
• Or similar roles
Skills and Competencies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong English proficiency (Arabic is a plus).
• Confidence in dealing with corporate clients.
• Ability to work with targets and key performance indicators.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience using customer relationship management systems.
