What You'll Be Doing
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L, cost tracking, and performance dashboards
- Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and provide clear explanations to stakeholders
- Support the preparation of management reports and presentations for leadership reviews
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports and systems
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles
- Assist in consolidating inputs from business stakeholders
- Track budget consumption and highlight risks or deviations early
- Maintain financial models and assumptions used for planning
Business Support
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business drivers and financial impacts
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives, projects, or cost optimization efforts
- Support business cases, ROI analysis, and scenario modelling as required
Controls & Governance
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Support audit requests and documentation where required
- Maintain organized financial files and data repositories
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, reporting, or accounting
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA), part-qualified or in progress, is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Good command of the English language
