We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing car rental operations. If you’re passionate about numbers, accuracy, and supporting financial operations in a fast-paced mobility environment — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Record and monitor daily financial transactions related to car rentals and fleet operations
Support invoicing, billing, and revenue tracking for rental agreements and corporate accounts
Assist in accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and supplier payments
Track rental income, deposits, refunds, and customer balances
Support fleet-related cost tracking (maintenance, insurance, fuel, registration, and repairs)
Assist in bank, cash, and credit card reconciliations
Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities
Ensure accurate documentation for rental contracts and financial records
Coordinate with operations, reservations, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial data
Support audits by preparing required financial schedules and documents
Maintain organized financial records in line with company policies
Perform any other accounting tasks as assigned by the line manager
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1–2 years of experience
Familiarity with Excel and accounting systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the finance team
High level of integrity and confidentiality
