Job Description
The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial and enterprise customers in Jordan. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing long-term customer relationships, and positioning IRIS Technology’s solutions across cybersecurity, infrastructure, networking, and cloud. The role requires a strong sales mindset combined with solid understanding of IT solutions and customer business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and enterprise accounts in the Jordanian market.
- Drive sales of Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure, and Cloud Solutions.
- Develop account plans to expand customer footprint and increase wallet share.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and convert leads into active projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate closely with presales and technical teams to design and position appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting.
- Support tenders, RFPs, and commercial bids where required.
- Represent IRIS Technology professionally in customer meetings and market engagements.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in IT sales or account management.
- Experience working with system integrators or IT solution providers is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and close commercial deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the Jordanian commercial and enterprise market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
