Job Purpose
To supervise the technical service team and ensure high-quality execution of repair operations, efficient workflow, and exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Operations & Quality Control
- Supervise proper execution of repair orders according to company/dealershippolicies.
- Conduct vehicle road tests with customers or technicians when required.
- Ensure accurate time records and verify technicians’ clocking.
- Maintain workshop safety practices and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Guarantee the cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
Technical Support & Team Leadership
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and support reception during peak times.
- Handle complex diagnostic cases.
- Manage mentor and motivate team members.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor job cards, daily revenues, and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze the supply and maintain accurate Oss-of-sales reports.
Customer Experience & Retail Operations (If
applicable)
- Supervise timely vehicle receive/delivery processes.
- Coordinate with Spare Parts regarding parts delays.
- Handle customer complaints promptly.
Job Requirements
Education: BSc in Automotive Discipline.
Experience: Minimum
3 years in automotive service or workshop operations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong command of English & Arabic (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of motor vehicles and the automotive market.
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving a wide range of automotive issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
