Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Amman, Jordan. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves coordination with various teams to develop and implement sales strategies, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure business growth.

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunities
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to discover, develop, and seize business opportunities
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
- Previous experience in business development or sales is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
