EFS is Hiring | Customer Services Officer
Location: Amman, Jordan
EFS is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Officer to support communication related to solid waste management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and handling public inquiries, service requests, and complaints
- Logging and updating cases through call center systems, CRM tools, and digital channels (calls, WhatsApp, mobile app, walk-ins)
- Coordinating with Operations and on-site teams to follow up on service requests
- Ensuring accurate information sharing and timely customer responses
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or call center operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complaints professionally Basic proficiency in systems and customer service tools
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; intermediate English proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts or extended hours when required
