🎯 Job Overview
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting sales strategies by identifying market opportunities, assisting with marketing campaigns, and generating qualified leads. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, campaign support, and CRM management to support business growth.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Identify and contact potential customers via phone and email to schedule meetings for the sales team
- Appointment Setting: Coordinate with outside sales representatives to book high-value meetings with key decision-makers
- CRM Management: Maintain and update sales databases with leads, call logs, and appointment details
- Market Research: Research target industries, competitors, and emerging markets
🎓 Candidate Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- 4+ years of experience
- Strong background in B2B Marketing
- Languages: English required, Arabic required, German is a plus
Skills (Technical & Soft):
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Prior experience in B2B marketing, sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Excel or other CRM platforms is a plus)
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to meet KPIs
