About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager – B2B who plays a critical role in driving the growth and profitability across Teeba B2B channels, managing key accounts within HORECA, bakeries, food service, and distributors. The role focuses on executing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships through regular field engagement and data driven decision making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in: Poultry & Frozen / Chilled food & Bakery ingredients or food service products.
- Deep experience dealing with: HORECA chains & Industrial and artisan bakeries & Catering and institutional customers & Distributors and wholesalers.
- Regular field visits across Jordan to manage key B2B accounts and distributors (Frequent interaction with customers in industrial kitchens, bakeries, warehouses, and food service facilities).
- Strong track record in managing key B2B accounts and delivering sustainable growth
- Proficiency in analyzing data, market trends, and KPIs to make data-driven decisions. with knowledge in Microsoft office apps, power BI.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- High mobility (car is a must).
