EFS is seeking an experienced Customer Services Manager to lead waste management services project.
Key Focus Areas:
- Managing call center and digital customer service channels
- Handling public inquiries, complaints, and service feedback
- Coordinating with various stakeholders form Operations, HSE, GIS, and IT teams
- Driving service transparency, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvements
- Providing in-depth analysis of customer service experience
- Leading control room and aligning with operations team to close open tasks
- Managing and developing customer service team
Requirements:
- Between 7-10 years’ experience in customer service or call center operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle complaints professionally
- Proficiency in CRM and call center systems (intermediate level)
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; intermediate English proficiency is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts or extended hours when required
- Knowledge of solid waste management practices in Jordan
