We are seeking an experienced Head of Datacenter & Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Management to lead the strategy, operations, and resilience of our datacenter environment. This role is critical to ensuring high availability, security, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across all IT infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, design, and management of datacenter operations to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Define and implement resiliency, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity strategies; conduct regular testing and improvements.
- Oversee datacenter infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and capacity planning.
- Manage 24x7 datacenter operations, monitoring, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align datacenter operations with organizational goals and IT strategy.
- Develop and manage budgets for datacenter and resiliency initiatives, ensuring cost-effective delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of datacenter and resiliency professionals.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across datacenter operations and resiliency planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Master’s degree and/or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- At least 5 years in a leadership role managing datacenter operations and resiliency planning.
