Job Summary
The Customer Satisfaction Associate will be responsible for managing daily customer interactions, ensuring a positive client experience, and supporting operational activities related to customer service and order management. This role is essential in maintaining high satisfaction levels, resolving client issues efficiently, and ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks while delivering a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, sizing, services, and promotions.
- Monitor customer orders before and after sales to ensure smooth delivery and overall satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships and deliver high-level customer service.
- Support sales activities and contribute to upselling or cross-selling when needed.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and recurring issues.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Successes and Satisfactions.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse customer types.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, or sales support is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented attitude.
