What you’ll be doing:
• Input, update, and maintain customer and sales data in CRM systems and internal databases
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales contracts, agreements, and client information
• Review sales data and contracts before submission to avoid errors
• Identify inconsistencies or missing information and coordinate with the sales team to resolve them
• Highlight trends, gaps, or errors in sales reporting to improve performance
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks: meeting scheduling, document preparation, report generation
• Support onboarding of new clients by ensuring proper documentation and smooth data flow
• Maintain compliance with company policies and data protection standards
What we’re looking for:
• 1-2 years of experience in admin/coordinator roles, preferably in sales or food delivery
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
