As an Accountant you will be responsible for providing support to the Accounting Department's activities. The accountant will also be responsible for
maintaining and preparing reports.

The Job – Junior Accountant
- Assisting in preparing monthly financial and accounting reports.
- Compiling, entering and posting monthly adjusting journal entries.
- Prepare, generate, and send out accurate and timely invoices to clients.
- Verify all invoices for accuracy, including client information, products/services, quantities, and prices.
- Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue payments.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices through emails, phone calls, and other communication methods.
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable and Payable work load.
- Following up on all pending payments and unresolved financial issues.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assisting in processing payroll upon the accounting firm’s confirmation.
- Assisting in preparing Sales commissions to be approved by the Financial Manager.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Who you are:
- Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably in a SAAS or B2B environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with some familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
