At
Michael and Son Services, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Human Resources Coordinator to support HR operations across our
U.S.-based locations. This role requires someone who is comfortable working
U.S. business hours to effectively support our teams and employees across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee questions and provide HR support.
- Assist with recruiting, interview coordination, and job
- postings through the ATS.
- Support onboarding, background checks, benefits
- administration, and employee record management.
- Conduct payroll, benefits, and HR data audits.
- Maintain electronic employee files and assist with
- HRIS/payroll updates.
- Support onboarding and termination processes as needed.
- Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience,particularly in recruiting/talent acquisition and general HR support.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Availability to work U.S. business hours is required.
