HR & Quality Control
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR & Quality Control Manager to lead the Human Resources function while ensuring high standards of service quality, organization, and operational consistency across our centers.
This role focuses on building structure, improving daily operations, and maintaining a professional, well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
Lead and manage the full HR function across the organization
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational structure
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Manage employee relations and performance management processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Operations Excellence & Service Quality:
Set and maintain high standards for overall workplace organization and service quality
Monitor daily operations to ensure consistency, professionalism, and efficiency
Identify gaps in processes and implement practical improvements
Ensure adherence to internal standards across all departments (appearance, cleanliness, workflow, service delivery)
Follow up on staff performance and operational discipline
Enhance patient/customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct regular checks and provide feedback to ensure standards are maintained
Systems & Performance:
Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) to monitor HR and operational performance
Develop and track KPIs related to employee performance and operational efficiency
Provide management with insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of experience, including managerial experience
Strong background in HR and operational management
Proven ability to build structure, enforce standards, and improve workflows
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a strong advantage)
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification (e.g., CHRM)
Experience in healthcare or multi-branch environments
