💡Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our HR technology team. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to optimize HR processes and improve employee experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, business process understanding, and the ability to provide strategic guidance and technical solutions to clients.
📌Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management.
- Analyze business requirements and design HCM solutions that align with organizational processes and goals.
- Support end-to-end HCM Cloud implementations, including data migration, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams on Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, new features, and best practices.

🚀Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and consulting.
📩Preferred:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with HRIS transformations and complex organizational structures.
- Exposure to Agile project methodologies and cloud integration tools.
