Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Director, based in Amman. The Sales Director will lead the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, managing client relationships, supervising team performance, and identifying business development opportunities. The role also involves analyzing market trends to drive growth and profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Experience in Team Management, including mentoring and performance management
- Knowledge and experience in Business Development for identifying and acquiring growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced on-site work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous
- Previous experience in the tourism or entertainment industry is a plus
