The ideal candidate understands Agile principles deeply, can facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively, and is comfortable translating business needs into structured requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Leadership
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.
- Promote transparency and accountability within the team.
Product / Business Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with Product Owners.
- Support requirement documentation (BRDs, PRDs, process flows, use cases).
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support release planning and roadmap alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
