Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the user journey.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Business, and Marketing) to ensure design solutions are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products.
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and identify areas for optimization.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the UX design process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Ensure the accessibility of all digital products, adhering to accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and user insights.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis, ensuring continuous improvement of the user experience.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design
- 1-3 years of experience in UX design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across digital products (web and mobile) is required.
