Job Description
The Marketing Manager holds a key leadership position within DigiZag, overseeing the Digital Marketing function and ensuring the strategic execution of all online marketing activities. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across social platforms, ensuring alignment with DigiZag’s overall business objectives. The Marketing Manager leads digital strategy development, monitors campaign performance, and ensures that all initiatives are executed efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with performance marketing standards. This position plays a critical role in strengthening DigiZag’s digital presence, driving measurable growth, and reinforcing a results-oriented marketing approach across the organization.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
• Develop and oversee the implementation of DigiZag’s digital and performance marketing strategy.
• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across relevant digital platforms.
• Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with defined growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and monitor spend efficiency.
Social Media & Digital Presence
• Oversee all company social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand positioning and communication.
• Supervise content planning and digital campaign execution across social and web channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital assets.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and analyze digital marketing performance across campaigns and platforms.
• Monitor key performance indicators including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Prepare internal performance reports with actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Identify optimization opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer acquisition performance.
Qualifications
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with managerial or leadership exposure preferred.
• Background: Strong exposure to paid media platforms, performance marketing strategies, and digital analytics tools.
• Language: Proficiency in English (Written & Spoken)
