OMG is looking for candidates who can operate in a dynamic environment, a team player who can effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the agency team and various departments within finance, embedding strong relationships with peers, the invoicing team, and financial management.
Responsibilities:
- Financial statement reporting and preparation of supporting schedules.
- Global reporting requirements including intercompany matching.
- Cost analysis and variance tracking.
- Revenue analysis for media agencies and specialized business units.
- Internal controls review and testing.
- Compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Generating and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provide comprehensive support for all internal and external audits.
- Support in providing monthly documentary requirements for audits.
- Assist in month-end closing and support in booking accruals and any necessary journal entries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in finance, audit......
- German language is a must.
- Experienced in Excel.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
