Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Amman, Jordan. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, cultivating client relationships, and developing growth strategies. The role includes analyzing market opportunities, creating actionable insights, and collaborating across teams to drive business success. Additionally, the specialist will provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to represent DESAISIV.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data and identify business opportunities
- Experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a business development or sales role is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or partnerships, preferably within startups or tech companies.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, marketing strategies, and client acquisition processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills, both written and verbal.
