We’re looking for a Content Writer – Event Management who is creative, organized, and passionate about storytelling through events. The ideal candidate has a strong command of both Arabic and English, can develop engaging event concepts, and write compelling proposals, scripts, and marketing content that capture attention and drive engagement. You’ll play a key role in shaping the voice, tone, and creative direction of our events, working closely with our project development and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project development strategies aligned with company and client goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze new business opportunities (technical and financial).
- Write and develop professional proposals, project documentation, and marketing materials.
- Generate innovative event ideas and creative marketing concepts.
- Structure and prepare event development workflows and documentation.
- Manage marketing and communication strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with influencers, media partners, and other collaborators.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, including KPIs and campaign analytics.
- Maintain and update the company's digital platforms with relevant, engaging content.
- Conduct market research and identify trends relevant to our industry and clients.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure message consistency.
- Review all written materials for linguistic and technical accuracy.
- Document project phases and prepare final project reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in project development, marketing, or communications.
- Strong creative writing skills for events and campaigns.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and implementation methods.
- Strong research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with project management and content creation tools is a plus.
